Patient Portal

The Survivorship patient portal is a secure website that gives you convenient, 24-hour access to your personal health information from anywhere with an internet connection. The portal offers patients at the Edwards Comprehensive Cancer Center the convenience of securely reviewing patient information, receiving test results, requesting appointments for procedures, and viewing other components of their medical records.

Access to the portal is available at no cost, and enrollment is optional.

For security purposes, your personal invitation can be sent via mail. If you prefer to enroll now rather than wait until your next appointment, please bring a valid photo ID and your valid email address to your ECCC physician’s office and a member of the staff will assist you with enrollment instructions.
