Toni Pacioles, MD, a medical oncologist and hematologist who provides cancer care and treatment for adult and elderly patients, has joined the Edwards Comprehensive Cancer Center, Marshall Health and the Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine.
Dr. Pacioles specializes in providing care for adults with cancer, blood disorders and cancers in the digestive system. He also has a special interest in geriatric oncology, which is the diagnosis and treatment of cancer in elderly patients. Dr. Pacioles joins a comprehensive and experienced team of medical oncologists and hematologists at the Edwards Comprehensive Cancer Center, which offers state-of-the-art technology and clinical trials.
Dr. Pacioles earned his medical degree from the College of Medicine at the University of the Philippines in Manila, Philippines. He also completed his fellowship training in geriatric medicine and hematology/oncology at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York and his residency training in internal medicine at the Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine.
