Hereditary Cancer Risk Assessment Program

The Hereditary Cancer Risk Assessment Program is for men and women at risk for any kind of hereditary cancer, whether they have a personal or a family history of cancer or they just have questions about whether genetic testing is appropriate for them. This program is open to anyone who is interested. A doctor's referral is not required, and the cost is $20 for the initial visit and $10 for any follow up visits. In most cases, only one or two visits are necessary. Insurance is not billed for the visits, but insurance will be billed for genetic testing if it is done, as well as any follow-up that is recommended based on the results of the genetic testing.
